Rebuilding

   Don't throw away your old chipper parts! Universal Wearparts can rebuild them.

    Knife holders will be rebuilt with hardened carbide inserts. The rebuilt carbide wearproof holders will last longer than the original new parts.

   Knife Clamps can be rebuilt with carbide also. Universal will remove the old studs, repair the worn and damaged area on the clamp face, then install new studs.

   Feedplates and other mouth wearplates in the chipper spout can be rebuilt. After rebuilding, Universal will apply carbide plating to the primary wear area. The rebuilt carbide parts will outlast the original new parts.
